PariPulse is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other selected regions. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the PariPulse website, mobile application, and all associated services.

To open an account on PariPulse, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account with false or incomplete details is prohibited and, if detected, may result in permanent account closure.

• KYC Verification: Identity verification (National ID or Passport) is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Password Security: Keep your password confidential. Using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• Information Updates: If your details change, please update them through our support team.

PariPulse is strictly for adults only. Anyone under the age of 18 is completely prohibited from opening or using a PariPulse account.

PariPulse may request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide them may result in a temporary account suspension.

All major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh are supported on PariPulse. Every transaction is secure and encrypted.

• Deposit: bKash, Nagad, Rocket — typically instant. Minimum deposit ৳500.
• Withdrawal Time: 5–30 minutes for regular members; 1–5 minutes for VIP members.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.

• Currency: All transactions are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

PariPulse offers a range of attractive bonuses. However, all bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, and bonus abuse is strictly prohibited.

• Welcome Bonus: A bonus on the first deposit for new members. Available to each user once only.
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, you must generally wager 10–30 times the bonus amount.
• Duration: Bonuses must be used within 7–30 days of being credited; unused bonuses will expire.
• Cash & Bonus: Cash and bonus balances are kept separate. An incomplete bonus will not affect your ability to withdraw cash.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts, VPNs, or coordinated strategies to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.

• Minimum Bet: ৳10 (variable depending on game type).
• Maximum Bet: Determined by account level and market type.
• Bet Cancellation: If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the full stake will be refunded.
• Match Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded in full.
• Live Betting: All bets placed on live matches are final. PariPulse is not liable for delays or connectivity issues.
• Odds Changes: Always verify odds before placing a bet. Odds changes after confirmation will not apply.

PariPulse is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment. The activities listed below are strictly prohibited, and any account found engaging in them will be permanently closed.

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account login credentials with any other person.
• Bots or automated software: Using software to automate betting or gaming activity.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder money from illegal sources.
• Match Fixing: Manipulating or attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event.
• System Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to PariPulse's software or systems.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses under multiple identities or through coordinated activity.

PariPulse reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• Failure to provide KYC documents, or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• Accounts that have had no activity for an extended period (inactive accounts).
• When a user submits a request to close their own account.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed.

• Data Collection: Only the information necessary to provide our services is collected.
• Third Parties: Your data is never shared with third parties outside of payment processing.
